While the birth chart is diagnostic, pointing out the momentum of past actions, human will is prescriptive. A person cannot change the broader pattern of their birth, but through Kriyaman Karma, spiritual remedies (Mantras, religious rites), and mental control, they have the freedom to make or mar their character within that orbit.
