Bhadra Yoga. One of the 5 Pancha Mahapurusha yogas. It forms when Mercury sits in its own sign or exaltation in a kendra from the ascendant. Gemini and Virgo in the 1st, 4th, 7th or 10th produce it. The result is intelligence, articulacy and standing earned through skill.
Budhaditya Yoga. Mercury with the Sun. The pairing is common, since Mercury never travels more than about 28 degrees from the Sun. Whether Mercury sits inside the combustion orb decides how much the yoga delivers. When Mercury is combust the yoga produces very little.
Mercury with the Moon. The Moon is Mercury's enemy, and the two together put feeling and analysis in one place. The result can be a sharp wit, and it can also be a mind that argues with itself.
