What Saturn in Magha nakshatra means
Magha opens Leo, the Sun's sign, and Saturn is the Sun's enemy. The lord is Ketu, whose nature the texts liken to Mars, another enemy. The deity is the Pitris, the ancestors, and the symbol is a throne. Saturn sits uneasily on this throne.
Magha's themes are lineage, inheritance, authority, ceremony and the debt to those who came before. Saturn brings all of them into question. A position of authority is held under strain, a family property is divided, and an ancestral matter, sometimes a pitri dosha, asks for attention. The heart, the spine and the father's health need watching.
