Leo is the Sun's sign, and Ketu is the shadow that swallows the Sun at an eclipse. Ketu in Leo works on authority, pride, children, creativity and the heart for about a year and a half. It works by subtraction. What was held for the sake of being seen is loosened.
Rahu stands in Aquarius, pulling toward groups, technology and mass movements. Ketu in Leo withdraws from personal glory. The person may step back from leadership, or lead without wanting credit. Leaders and governments feel this axis as loss of authority and gain of humility.
