What Ketu in Uttara Phalguni nakshatra means
Uttara Phalguni is the Sun's nakshatra, with Aryaman as its deity and the back legs of a cot as its symbol. The first pada lies in Leo and the other three in Virgo. The Sun is Mars's friend, and Ketu acts like Mars, so the lord of the star is kind. Mercury owns Virgo and is an enemy.
Ketu moves backward. It enters Uttara Phalguni in Virgo, at the fourth pada, and leaves from the first pada in Leo. The stay runs about eight months, and the true node's direct spells sometimes divide it into two visits. Rahu stands in Uttara Bhadrapada for the first half and in Purva Bhadrapada for the second.
Aryaman keeps contracts, friendships, marriages and the duties that bind one person to another. Ketu here loosens the binding.
