Pisces belongs to Jupiter, who stands neutral to Venus, and Shukra reaches exaltation here, deepest at twenty-seven degrees. The stay lasts about twenty-five days, and Parashara gives Venus no stronger seat in the zodiac.
Pisces governs the feet, sleep, imagination and release. An exalted Venus opens the heart without asking for return. Devotion, art and music all run at their finest. Boundaries in relationship soften and can disappear.
