Venus Transit in Capricorn

Capricorn belongs to Saturn, and Venus counts Saturn a friend. Shukra passes through in about twenty-four days, and both grahas value what is kept and what lasts, so affection turns practical.

Capricorn governs the knees, career, duty and structure. Venus here links pleasure to work and to standing. Relationships formed now carry an eye to the long term. Warmth tends to show through provision.

The nakshatras are Uttara Ashadha, Shravana and Dhanishta. Uttara Ashadha, under the Sun, opens with commitments that hold. Shravana, under the Moon, is the most receptive stretch and favours music, listening and learning, and Dhanishta, under Mars, closes the stay with wealth and public effort.

Classical gochara counts Venus difficult only in the sixth, seventh and tenth from the natal Moon. Leo, Cancer and Aries Moons carry it in those houses through this stay. The other nine receive it well, and Capricorn Moons hold it in the first, which steadies partnership.

Say plainly, in one sentence, what that provision has been saying.

Keep the knees warm and the accounts in order.

• Recite Om Dram Dreem Draum Sah Shukraya Namah on Friday.
• Listen to music or study during Shravana.
• Say plainly to one person what your provision has been saying for you.

Venus in Capricorn for each Moon sign

Counted from the natal Moon, following Phaladeepika. Read the ascendant the same way. Vedha and the birth chart can change the result.
