What Rahu in Libra means
Libra belongs to Venus, Rahu's friend in the usual lists, and Rahu gives well in this sign of relationship and trade. For about a year and a half it amplifies partnership, marriage, business, courts, foreign dealings and the hunger for approval. Alliances with unusual or distant people form quickly, and some of them last.
Ketu stands in Aries, the sign of the self. Rahu pours attention outward onto the partner and the public, and Ketu drains confidence in one's own direction. The person may define themselves through others during this transit. The balance returns when the partner is met as an equal.
The nakshatras are Chitra, Swati and Vishakha. Rahu moves backward, so Vishakha, ruled by Jupiter, opens the transit with ambition turned toward a purpose.
