What Ketu in Uttara Ashadha nakshatra means
Uttara Ashadha spans two signs. The first pada lies in Sagittarius, owned by Jupiter, Mars's friend, and the other three in Capricorn, owned by Saturn, who is neutral. The Sun rules the star and is Mars's friend, so Ketu, acting like Mars, is received kindly by the lord. The Vishvadevas are its deities, and an elephant's tusk or the planks of a bed its symbol.
Because Ketu moves backward it enters through the Capricorn padas and leaves from the Sagittarius pada. Around seven months pass, sometimes in two visits when the true node runs direct. Rahu stands in Pushya for the first half and in Punarvasu for the second.
Uttara Ashadha's themes are the lasting victory, duty carried to its end, dharma upheld in public, and the elephant's patience. Ketu here comes after the work is done. A long project completes and the person sets it down without ceremony, and the title stops meaning anything. In the Sagittarius pada the same duty is seen as dharma, and the setting down becomes offering.
Ketu here asks whether one worked for the result or for the work. The transit removes the result and shows what is left of the effort.

In the Sagittarius pada, Libra, Cancer and Aquarius Moons gain, and Sagittarius and Gemini Moons hold the nodes on the lagna and the seventh. Aquarius and Gemini Moons hold Ketu in the twelfth and eighth for the Capricorn months.
The remedy is Ganesha and Om Kem Ketave Namah, and a duty finished quietly for the Vishvadevas. Give a blanket, sesame or food for dogs on Tuesday, and give the credit away.
