Jupiter Transit in Taurus

Taurus is the sign of Venus, whom Jupiter counts an enemy in Parashara's scheme. The two gurus, one of the devas and one of the asuras, do not share a house easily. Jupiter in Taurus is slower to give and gives through material channels. The sign rules wealth, family, speech, food and the face, and Jupiter spends about a year here.
