Aquarius is Saturn's sign, and Saturn is neutral toward Jupiter in Parashara's table. Jupiter is neither welcomed nor opposed. The sign rules gains, groups, society, friends, elder siblings and ideals, and for about a year Jupiter expands the person's place among others.
Income rises through networks, associations and shared ventures. Friends bring opportunities, and the person becomes a teacher within their circle. Causes and reforms attract Jupiter's support, and the transit favours the teacher of many and anyone who works through associations. Elder siblings prosper or need help, and often both.
The nakshatras are Dhanishta, Shatabhisha and Purva Bhadrapada. Shatabhisha, ruled by Rahu, is the middle third and favours healing, research and work done out of sight. Purva Bhadrapada is Jupiter's own nakshatra, and the end of the stay gives depth, austerity and spiritual insight.
Phaladeepika's favourable houses for Jupiter, the second, fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh, fall to Capricorn, Libra, Leo, Gemini and Aries Moon signs.
