Anuradha lies in Scorpio, Mars's sign, and Mars is Jupiter's friend. Saturn rules the nakshatra and is neutral toward Jupiter. Mitra, the god of friendship and of the kept oath, presides, and the symbol is a lotus or an archway. Jupiter finds a friendly sign and a lord that neither helps nor hinders.
The visits are brief. The median is about a month, and one stay lasted less than a week before the retrograde carried Jupiter back out. The themes come quickly. Friendships deepen into alliances, a group forms around a teacher, and devotion becomes organised.
