Moon Transit in Purva Bhadrapada

Purva Bhadrapada runs through three padas of Aquarius and ends with one in Pisces, where Saturn's sign gives way to Jupiter's. Jupiter rules it. Aja Ekapada, counted among the Rudras in some lists, is its deity, and its symbol is the front legs of a funeral cot or a sword. The Moon regards Jupiter as neutral and Jupiter regards the Moon as a friend, and the Pisces pada is gentler than the three before it.

Muhurta Chintamani classes it as ugra, fierce. Its days serve austerity, the fiercer forms of tapas, the ending of a corrupt arrangement, dispute and dealings with fire, and they do not serve marriage, travel, a house entry or any soft beginning. Mrigashira, Chitra and Dhanishta meet vipat, Krittika, Uttara Phalguni and Uttara Ashadha meet pratyak, and Ashwini, Magha and Mula meet naidhana. Punarvasu, Vishakha and Purva Bhadrapada births have their janma tara.
