Venus Transit in Swati

Swati is Rahu's nakshatra in the heart of Libra, Venus's own sign. Vayu, the wind, is its deity, and its symbol is a young shoot bending in the wind. By the rule Shanivat Rahu, Rahu is read as Saturn, a friend of Venus, which puts Venus in its own sign under a friendly lord, one of the easier placements of the cycle.

Trade is the first theme. Venus gains through business, the market, foreign goods and pleasing many people at once, and diplomacy, sales, perfume, the arts of the stage and buying a vehicle go well. The stay is around eleven days. A retrograde loop once stretched it to about six weeks.

Taurus, Aries and Capricorn Moons receive it in the sixth, seventh and tenth from the Moon. They should be slow to commit money or affection under Rahu's push. Lagna and Moon are read alike here.
